Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping in the lower 48 states for all orders over $50. There is a flat rate of $15 for all other orders. 

Delivery to USA:
If you order before 3 pm eastern time, we can usually dispatch the next business day. In rare cases, it may take 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders to the USA are shipped via USPS, UPS or with a local courier with expected delivery between 1-2 business days. Note : at this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Warehouses:
We keep inventory in 34 warehouses across the lower 48 USA states ready for next business day dispatch. The closest warehouse to you will deliver your orders by USPS, UPS &/or local courier. If your closest warehouse is out of stock you will get delivery from the next closest warehouse which may cause a delay of 1-2 days. Sometimes you will get delivery from multiple warehouses.

At The RAW Office, we offer a 100% no hassle 1 year guarantee and FREE returns on all of our products. We are nice Canadians. We will be fair to you, and we would appreciate the same in return.

Returns Unopened - 1 year unused unopened items - Send it back to us & get a Raw Office credit or full refund and we will send you a free postage pre-paid mailing label to get the unwanted product back to us. 

Returns Opened - 1 year opened items - Send it back to us & get a Raw Office credit and we will send you a free postage pre-paid mailing label to get the unwanted product back to us. 

Warranty - 1 year – We will send you a free replacement immediately and we will send you a free postage pre-paid mailing label to get the unwanted product back to us.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before 5pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders that have already shipped. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address. Please note that we get dinged a $ 4 fee for every wrong address so it would be great if you could ensure that the address is entered correctly.

Delivery Acceptance:
A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
